My yoga journey started in early 2015 just after my second son was born. I don’t come from a gymnastic, dance or sport background, but since young I always had an interest in meditation, spirituality and self development.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Hatha yoga by a neighbour who was a teacher at Sivananda School In India for many years before moving to London. I practiced exclusively with him for 2 years and he became a very close family friend.

As many people living in a busy and chaotic city, the practice of yoga brought me a refuge of contentment and serenity, where I can find centre and connect within.

In 2017 I started trying out different styles of yoga, and fell in love with Vinyasa when I attended a retreat with Liz Lark and Jean Hall.

In August 2018 I dived into my Ashtanga VinyasaTeacher Training with Yoga London and met great teachers on my way including Rachel Perry, Corrie McCallum, Gabriella Burnel and many more. In 2019 I concluded a Mandala Yoga trainning with Dulce Aguilar and in 2021 I completed a Yin Yoga trainning with Sarah Powers.

Through my yoga journey I wish to help people by giving them the tools to cultivate love and kindness towards themselves and to develop strenght, mobility and flexibility.

My classes are focused on breath and body awareness, I enjoy teaching strong slow flows, working towards a healthy mind and body!
